Future Phases
We set a foundation for TDA Connect’s content style in SPI Phase 2. Here are some ideas and deliverables that were out of scope for this phase.
- Creating a content inventory
- Content Management System (CMS)
- French translation for copy
- Seek legal advice on Terms & Conditions
Here are some content issues that need to be revisited.
- Sign-up and Onboarding Copy
User testing indicated that the first screen with the sign-up code is confusing and too long. Users wanted to skip email verification or were confused by the flow. The onboarding tutorial was too long and users would naturally skip it. View user research insights
- Code of Conducts
The TDA Connect Code of Conduct and the Group Code of Conduct template should be vetted by the client and user tested to see how it resonates with users.
