Project Summary

The Science 2 People project focuses on building a user-centered product aimed at reducing the spread of misinformation and improving peer-reviewed information accessibility and engagement for creators, researchers, and broader audiences. The team is currently in the MVP2 refinement phase, working on UI/UX improvements, competitive analysis, user research, and feature validation.

✅ Enhance UI/UX of MVP2 – Conduct UI audits, comparative analysis, and usability testing to refine the product.

✅ Refine Product Strategy & Scope – Align strategic and product management teams to ensure clear deliverables and roadmap execution.

✅ Engage Stakeholders & Clients – Maintain biweekly sprint demos, client workshops, and collaborative working sessions for feedback.

✅ Improve Content Creator Engagement – Define user personas and journey maps to enhance usability and platform effectiveness.

✅ Strengthen Project Documentation & Tracking – Utilize Agile backlog, Gantt charts, and Notion dashboards to monitor progress.
