At A Glance
Phase 1 Summary: Research, Discovery, and Conceptualization
- We kicked-off the phase by conducting MVP1 + MVP2 audits, concept testing, and competitive/comparative analysis, that informed the product concept, user personas, and initial prototypes for version 3 (MVP3) of the client’s product.
- From there, we launched a structured backlog with prioritized features and user stories, supported by Product Tenets to guide unified cross-functional decision-making.
- By phase end, we delivered a client-approved MVP3 scope, vision and high-level roadmap. Additionally, UXR’s Comparative Concept Test on Prototype A and Prototype B informed UXD’s recommendations for Phase 2 iterations.
What we’re building for the client, Science to People:
We’re building Version 3 (MVP3) of their AI-powered product: VeriSci (V1, V2, Tech Fleets V3). VeriSci version 3 is an AI-powered product with a Desktop Platform and Browser extension to be offered in a free-tier for health + wellness content creators.
