The Proposed Pilot for Video + Live Interviews

Here’s the process we will do in pilot:

  1. Teammates apply for a project as “teammates”, no “co-lead” or “apprentice”
  2. Project coordinators review application responses
  3. Project coordinators ask 30 people to record a short video interview response
  4. Project coordinators review the video responses
  5. Project coordinators interview 20 trainees one-on-one, and they work in pairs to interview trainees
  6. Project coordinators pick 15 people to serve on the team in a single project phase

We only plan to do this for one project in the pilot, and then will measure success and review after to proceed with next steps long-term.
