To complete the competitive analysis, the team sought out competitors which provided support to formerly incarcerated individuals through financial coaching or connecting people to credit monitoring services, no-fee bank accounts, or credit-building services.

A team member chose a competitor and analyzed their website over 6 metrics: Credibility, Organization Branding, Audience Community & User Journey, Services, Community & Engagement, and Inclusivity & Accessibility.
We use the themes found to complete a SWOT analysis and hone in on actionable insights to inform our research objectives and methods.
