INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A NEW PROJECT SPACE

  1. CREATE THE OVERALL WORKSAPCE ACROSS PHASES
    1. Copy New Project Workspace Template (Copy) (Rename this when you are done to the name of the client)
    2. Rename to the name of the project itself
    3. Rename the two pages under this template:
      1. Project Information for [ Enter Name Here ]
      2. [ Enter Project Name] Project Milestone Deliverables So Far
  2. CREATE THE PHASE WORKSPACE
    1. On New Project Workspace Template (Copy) (Rename this when you are done to the name of the client), copy the Phase Workspace: Once Upon A Time (OUAT)Phase 2
    2. Rename the Once Upon A Time (OUAT)Phase 2 to “___________ [you should enter the name of the project there] Phase 1”
  3. GRANT ALL TEAM MATES WORKSPACE ACCESS TO THE PAGE ACROSS PHASES New Project Workspace Template (Copy) (Rename this when you are done to the name of the client) </aside>
