General Discussion

• There was a discussion on the high-level goals. This included:
  • Increasing online donations
  • Improve accessibility
  • Usability and SEO
  • Increasing user engagement
• The deliverables from each team in Phase 1 are as follows:
  • Product Strategy: PRD
  • UX Design: UI Kit, Lo-fi wireframes/ prototype
  • UX Research: Methodology, Usability testing report, and the Affinity map
  • UX Writing: SEO document and the tone guide
• The PS and PM went through the PRD with GJEP to show them what the deliverables look like and how to access all the links and information to make little changes to their website.
• GJEP discussed their overall experience with Tech Fleet and the Phase 1 team.
• Discussed the recommendations the Tech Fleet team has for GJEP that is also in the PRD.
