  • Who’s responsible for synthesizing?
  • How will we parse the data? (Affinity map or something else?)
  • How and when will we present our findings to the rest of the team?

Priorities for this week

• Present website competitive analysis (high)
  • This will be covered in Monday’s working session. From what I understand, it will be a loose presentation of what we found. We can probably just focus on sharing the key takeaways from each category
• Create research plan (high)
  • We already know vaguely what we’re researching, but we need to formally define and document it
• Create interview/test script (high)
  • Gotta keep it standardized!
• Recruit users (high)
  • We already know how to target and recruit crypto and Kadena experts, but we’ve not yet recruited completely new crypto users. How will we recruit them? How will we screen them? What criteria do we want/need participants to have?
