Priorities for this week

• Website Competitive Analysis (high)
  • Each of us has been assigned a category to examine and compare 6 of our competitor’s websites — view ticket here
• Persona research/creation (medium)
  • The product and design teams would like us to do further research with users who are completely new to crypto, as well as with NFT users to flesh out our personas
  • We could potentially start interviewing users who are completely new to crypto as soon as next week, since we won’t have to know much more than they do
• Onboarding brainstorm (medium)
  • The product and design teams have asked us to start thinking about how we’re going to research onboarding and the varying needs of our users in that regard. Add your thoughts and questions to this document
• Account creation flow testing (low)
  • The product and design teams have also asked us to start thinking about usability testing the existing account creation flow. Phase 1 already did some research on this so we need to better understand what product/design wants and if we already have the answers they need
