- Project status
- High level road map
- Sprint 4 goals
- Phase 2 deliverables
- Review team status on deliverables and hand off document
Weekly Learnings
- Brenda and Joanne discuss project status and prioritize key takeaways for communication.
- Liaisons shared their learnings, which centered on deliverables mainly the Project Charter, challenges experienced (such as defining objectives), key takeaways and the opportunity for collaboration among apprentices.
- Comparative advantage of using a text format for the project charter as opposed to the figjam template.
- Each team has their own roadmaps and the project management roadmap is to establish cohesiveness between all the teams, identify and manage dependencies and areas of misalignment for the teams
- Mil added that in the last couple weeks the Strategy team had to work parallel to design and some things could have been done earlier than other things but having a roadmap enabled the team to adjust the workflow.
- High level deliverable does not show the type of work that goes into completing it and that’s why we have the sprint planning board
