Intro

3rd meeting of PMs and beginning of sprint 2
Special shout-out to Kim and Miller for engaging daily stand-up page on notion and all apprentices charged to do likewise.
PMs encourage to favorite retros for learnings and takeaways on notion page. A link is now added for learning so that learnings such as RACI can be added.

Retro for last week

Apprentices talked about their takeaways from meetings attended as liaisons for last week.
PMs encouraged to put down note from other meetings and document same on standups as this will help put on project manager hat and help with the usage of various tools.
Correction was made on sprint review, demo and retrospective. Sprint review focuses on product, sprint retrospective deal with processes and involve people, process and tools while Demo showcases incremental changes to stakeholders.
Clarifications were made on the four boards, project charter, roadmap, sprint planning and kudos on figma and what they stand for.
PMs were tasked to put down detailed documentations and important takeaways from other teams as liaisons to help develop the project charter as the charter will be an important document to handover to the next phase.
