This week focuses on the Product Management disciplines:

UX/research/product roles don't just deliver solutions — they solve problems (for users, clients, colleagues, the business) and must communicate why the problem is worth solving. Otherwise you're just taking orders. This class teaches you to solve the right problem correctly — breaking requests into user problems, goals, and needs.
Every team decision is an assumption. Nothing is verified until your whole audience uses something and gives representative, statistically significant data. Agile teams release early and often and continuously test assumptions and refine their vision. It's cyclical: every delivery forms new assumptions to validate.
