This week you are going to build the specifications for an app that lets people with ADHD budget wisely and effectively. You will write the requirements for this at a release level and get your backlog ready for development.
Without instructions for delivery, your AI model will make things up and decide how to build the result on its own. You must direct it, and you must guide it in the problems being solved. This is where product management comes in: specifications for delivery show the goals, the problems, the scenarios, and the priorities so that builders (AI or human) can build properly. No one should ever be building an enterprise-level application without these specs. They risk everything if they do.
