- Lack of clarity around scope of the progress of the product; this is affecting progress (UX Strategy)
- Working on assumption mapping (UX Strategy)
- Working on PRD (product requirements document) (UX Strategy)
- It would be helpful for PM team to clarify scope for UX Strategy
- When you have to present and speak: Be Bold, Be Brilliant, Be Brief
- As PMs, we don’t want to manage just timelines

- Collaboration between product strategy and project management team week 3
- RACI Chart: What is it?

- What is Sprint Demo?
- Development team showcases what they have built during the sprint to stakeholders
- Opportunity to get immediate feedback and to show what has been accomplished
- Usually facilitated by the Scrum Master (we do not have a scrum team currently); Product Owner may also play a key role in prioritizing
- The Sprint Demo is not merely a presentation but an interactive session to inspect and adapt the product as it evolves
- What is a Sprint Retrospective?
- What went well? What didn’t? What was missing? What would have helped? What are the next action items?
- Held at the end of each sprint to discuss what went well, what didn't, and how the team can improve for the next sprint
- Opportunity for the team to improve its processes and work methods
- What is a Sprint Plan?
- How to construct a successful sprint plan
- Current meeting structure (2 week cadence)
- Tracking backlog is important
- Incorporating feedback from stakeholder
- How do we create realistic goals?
- As a team, we need to align on what we are doing at the same time; leave buffer room for change
- Q/A:
- Homework? Stay tuned.
- Hands on help? How can I contribute further?
- Assumptions mapping after Demo meeting today (recorded)
- Next Steps:
- What are PM exercises for week 3?
- What are the other concepts that will be beneficial for our meetings
