Notes (+ action items)
- We’ll start brainstorming on the content style guide for product voice and tone, and have a few examples ready for demo this week and for our meeting with the SL content team on Feb 14, Tuesday. examples will also help us be on the same page about what is “too friendly” or “too professional”
- content style guide template
- (jaime - mon/tue) brainstorm a definition for product voice for SL
- (jaime / dana - tue/wed) come up with a few examples of UI writing based on the voice / tone to present to the client (we could have a spectrum of examples and content rationale)
- (for later) we can think about other sections to include, e.g. gendered language, and if we want to
- start the content audit — decided that our plan is to focus on the user journey and content structure/logic of the phase 1 prototype, which needs to give users more clarifications and the sense of an ending during the onboarding flow, and gaps in the content logic. jaime made a great point that users who have experienced trauma would want a sense of control and know what is coming next, e.g. when being onboarded.
- (from UXR — dana will poke around notion to try and find more) raw survey results / survey responses from phase 1 user testing:
- (dana - by tues) update our tickets on the kanban
- (dana — not priority) things to unblock with UXD later on — getting involved with designing user flows and content structure / hierarchy alongside visual design, figma access and working on the same doc
(from dana) some things i’ve worked on before:
