Research goal

1. Understand who the prospective users of TST are
2. Discover users’ key pain points when collaborating on creative work
3. Validate our assumption that users desire an online platform to find collaborators and share ongoing project progress

Approach

Methods: in-depth interview

Study design: semi-structured

Sample Size: 3 to 10 participants

Duration: 45min

Participants criteria:

• Have experience collaborating online

Incentives:

Highlighted questions are the priority if we are running short on time

Time-keeping

• comment in Vowel every 5-10 min with how much time is left
• speak up at halfway and 10 and 5 min left
• ex) “45 minutes left”, “35 minutes left”, “25 minutes left”, “20 minutes left” etc.
