As a Serious Type user, after I login I want a quick way to catch up on what’s going on so that I can continue what I’m working on within The Serious Type.

Navigation and Dashboard: Acceptance criteria
Create the overall navigational structure for TST based on our latest site map:
a. “Home” (Dashboard for users)
b. Explore
c. Collaborate
d. Daily Challenges
e. About Us
f. Help
g. Notifications
h. Create
i. Create a post
ii. Create a personal goal
iii. Create a new daily challenge
i. Your Account
Create a Dashboard homepage for The Serious Type
a. Please create a layout for desktop and we will create a separate ticket for mobile and tablet dashboard
b. If there are no posts or content in the section, then we need to show an empty state UI for the sections
c. The dashboard should show the following things for users:
i. View the feed of the latest posts
Show the top 20 posts
Allow users to view details, comment, or reply on the post from the dashboard
Information to see about each post:
Users should see the latest updates on the dashboard as they are posted in the app without having to reload the page
ii. View “hot” topics (what’s popular)
Show the posts that have gotten the most views
Show the posts that have gotten the most comments
For release 1, DO NOT show any personalized topics that the user has suggested based on their personal goals. This will be added later.
iii. See the latest news and announcements from TST team
Posts section on the dashboard should show news updates coming from the Blog that Nikki posts (letters to the editor, company announcements)
Announcement posts coming from TST should always show first in order on the posts section
If there are no announcements then do not show any announcement posts, no empty state, only show the other types of posts
a. Tech details: Where in the CMS do these kinds of things get initiated? Which specific things in this section do we want users to see? Need to ask Nikki
iv. Manage your existing group projects
v. Show the user’s personal stats:
Posting: Scope in design
Post the following type of content:
a. A post with words, images, or both
b. A recorded video post that gets uploaded
c. A recorded audio post that gets uploaded
Enter basic information about the post
a. Associated tags
b. Post (video or images or otherwise)
Post shows on the dashboard
