We are committed to regularly checking back to see what systems need changing.
Providing constructive feedback or other perspectives can help us to understand things differently and grow as designers.
Being professional but also feeling comfortable with each other and having fun!
Active Listening: Receiving inputs/ideas from other members, especially because we come from different backgrounds and having new perspectives can improve solutions while assessing ideas for risks
Servant leadership: Helping others however we can through whatever resources and helpful tips we’ve individually encountered throughout our design journey. This is a team effort (being in service of others, rising tide lifts all boats, succeed as a team).
Learning from mistakes and finding lessons through times when the project may not go according to plan or we encounter challenges
Staying open to new tools or methods depending on the problem we’re tackling.

Utilize Discord for asynch conversations- allow for at least 24 hour response time from teammates.
Try to adhere to meeting timeframes as best as possible.
DM team on the Discord channel if you have to miss a meeting.
Visitors are welcome to join our meetings, and UXD members are encouraged to visit other team meetings.
Notion is our team hub, and all video recordings will be posted there.
Leads will check-in with apprentices periodically to ensure they feel supported along the way.
