Introduction
Welcome to the Baddies in Tech project! We're excited to have you on board and want to provide you with some context about who we are and what we stand for.
Baddies in Tech is a professional development and networking community for women of color in tech. Our mission is to create a more diverse and equitable tech industry by inspiring, empowering, and connecting Black, Latina, and Native American (BLNA) women in technology. We do this through access to career advancement resources and job opportunities, mentorship, and events. Our ultimate goal is to double the representation of women of color in computing roles to 10% by 2030.
