Project team for the Hand-Off Experience initiative

Purpose:

This working agreement defines how the project team will collaborate, communicate, document work, and address common coordination issues while supporting the Hand-Off Experience project. It is intended to reduce ambiguity, improve accountability, and establish a shared way of working.

1. Team Operating Model

Collaboration Format

The project team works through a mix of synchronous and asynchronous collaboration.

Current working model

• 1 weekly synchronous meeting
• 1-hour meeting length
• Meeting platform may be Google Meet or Discord
• Async updates shared through Discord
• Ad hoc sync meetings scheduled when necessary
• Team members are expected to contribute approximately 5 hours of async work per week

Working Style

• Async-first for routine updates and coordination
• Sync time used for discussion, alignment, blockers, and decisions
