Before kicking off project work, it’s important that your team agrees on what responsibilities each member wants to do. Everyone on a self-organized team decides themselves how to participate.
At the beginning of your project, your entire team should run a workshop to define their chart of responsibilities called a RACI Chart.
RACI stands for “Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed”.
RACI charts change every sprint, because team members will be able to participate in different activities based on sprint goals.
After you run the RACI Chart workshop in pre-kickoff, drop a picture of it here! Drop the link to your Figjam board as well, so that others can go to the board if they want to.
