Introduction

Welcome everybody. My name is __________! I am an Agile Coach in Tech Fleet and will be working with this project to collaborate with you all. During pre-kickoff we will run a lot of workshops together and produce a lot of deliverables.

But today, we won’t talk about any work. It’s important for us always to start with human connection and get to know each other as teammates.

In Tech Fleet, we call it: Human time!

So let’s break the ice together and have some human time.

Workshop for Ice Breakers

[ 40 minutes

Here’s how it works:

In part 1, you write things to help us all get to know you: a pic, interests, what your superpower is, and where you would live if you could live anywhere in the world.
In part 2, you write your name in a square and place it somewhere to on each help us learn about your working style
In part 3, you write your hopes and fears for the project
In part 4, you sketch 6 concepts about yourself to help us get to know you.

At the end, we’re all going to share!

We’ve got 40 minutes to do this, and go!
