General
- Anything project-related discussions (to keep everyone informed) goes to project-related channels
- ex: #food-distro-general, #food-distro-design, #food-distro-research, #food-distro-strategy….
- Write the dates as Month 00, instead of 00/00 to avoid confusion
- American (MM/DD) vs. Global format (DD/MM)
- Write the times as 00:00 am/pm in a 12-hour format with time zones
- Be mindful of everyone's time zone
- Most of us are based in Pacific to Eastern time zone
- We have lots from all around the world (Europe, Asia, Oceanic, Africa)
- If you cannot attend a meeting or will miss a deadline, let your Lead know as soon as possible and follow up on what was discussed to stay in-the-know
- Meetings will be scheduled when 60% of the members can attend
- They will be recorded as well as project documentation notes
