Main Takeaways from Sprint Demo 3
- What went well
- great collaboration amongst UX and strategy team
- clear deliverables
- survey results were useful in identifying the next steps (more results incoming until Monday 8/28)
- Problems we faced
- Still don’t have a clear MVP but the consultation with Evan (digital strategist) was informational and helpful
- We made the mistake of waiting for dev feedback prior to ideating what the MVP will look like
- The meeting with Evan gave us clarity that we need to have a priority features list first before considering feasibility
- Learnings and action items
- Continue to create the PRD by creating problem statements, epics, user stories, budget
- Synthesize research, gather insights for prioritizing features, and outline the next steps for phase 1
- Have a workshop with Brenaea to help us understand her priorities as well
- Tentative roadmap/milestones/timeline for the complete product
- Identify the overarching goal for the project
- Prepare a handoff document for Phase 1
Brenaea’s input
- After the dev consultation meeting, it seems that she’s moving towards what would be best rather than having a customizable app
- She’s considering upgrading her Might Networks subscription to gain more access to more features and customization
- Her goal is to have something ready for her users this Holiday season
- This doesn’t have to be a complete revamped website/app
Sprint Demo 4 Goals
- Have an MVP based on user/business goals + survey insights + Brenaea’s input
- Have an iterative road map including milestones based on priority features list, PRD, vision board, MVP
- Finalize handoff
