Ava suggested having PM Ambassadors .

PM Ambassadors delegated to each of the project teams to attend weekly Sub Team meeting.
- UXD Team Ambassador (Ashley)
  - Upload a copy of notes or record a summary. Essentially the design meeting being after the PM meeting will be the topics discussed during that time will be post or group meeting.
- UXW Team Ambassador (Sabine)
- Solutions Architect Team Ambassador (Lainu)
- Product Strategy Team Ambassador (Ola)
- UXR Team Ambassador (Jessica)
PM Ambassador Goals:
- Provide updates to PM team at weekly PM sub meetings on what the other sub teams are working on (i.e Obtain Concrete Goals by end of Sprint; specific tasks, progress, any impediments/setbacks )
- Support the team with ideas or answer questions (or collect questions to bring back to the PM team)
