When

Who
- Project lead is your key partner. This person works with you to get project going.

- Denise: most engaged with the Tech Fleet, co-funder of Beela
- Julianna: another co-funder, she managed key resources and information, such as bank accounts, various API accounts, such as Eventbrite, Swish. She has relatively busy schedule (time constraint).
- Marcela: One of the Beela members, who is knowledgeable about codes and web development. She is the dev person from Beela
What
- Accomplished via Product Requirement Document (we didn’t get a chance to fill this during phase 4)
- Look up the deck to understand phase 4 recommendations
- Confirm with Beela to ensure they are still aligned with those directions.
- The orientation for the entire team, including key slack channels, last phase notion records, a weekly meeting schedule.

About meeting
- Make sure to have 1 or 2 cross-team check-in meeting (could be short, 15 mins) to have things on track.
- Have at least 1 meeting with Dev team to understand the design is constructable for development, highly encourage to have Design in the conversations.
