Sprint 3 Kickoff & Team Alignment

• Sprint 3 officially launched with PM facilitating alignment meetings across teams.
• Sprint goals were established focusing on refining navigation, validating user flows, and integrating research into the backlog.

Sprint Metrics Tracking & Impediment Resolution

• 75% impediment resolution rate recorded for Sprint 2 with tracking improvements made for Sprint 3.
• PM team worked on better cycle time tracking and improving workload distribution.
• Centralized impediment tracking system (Notion & Discord) launched to monitor blockers.

MVP Development & Documentation Updates

• Egonna Aboh led documentation gathering for MVP finalization.
• Gelon Brumfield updated the project charter with design and research deliverables.

Sprint 3 Demo & Presentation Planning

• Sprint 3 demo planning finalized with Strategy, UXD, and UXR teams preparing updates on backlog prioritization, research findings, and design progress.
• Lisa and Spencer assigned as meeting facilitators for Sprint 4 to build leadership skills.
