During Sprint 3, our primary focus was on aligning team goals to inform the design updates of the website and fostering collaboration across all teams.
We are sad to see a few personnel changes.
The Research Team conducted user testing sessions and began analyzing the collected data to derive actionable insights for further improvements.
The Design Team shared low-fidelity designs with the Development Team for initial feedback. They also progressed to creating high-fidelity designs and collaborated closely with the Writing Team to ensure cohesive user experience and content alignment.
The Writing Team continued to onboard new members and initiated regular meetings to streamline content creation processes and align with project milestones.
The Development Team held team meetings to discuss project updates and successfully gained access to Webflow, enabling them to commence development tasks aligned with design specifications.
The Strategy Team updated the overarching goals and vision of the project, ensuring alignment with current project progress and strategic objectives.
Moving forward into Sprint 4, each team will continue to iterate on their respective tasks, collaborate effectively, and maintain a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Communication and getting tasks completed will remain critical as we strive towards achieving our project goals.
