- Backlog Refinement & Prioritization:
- PMs have been working closely with Strategy and UX to refine user stories and develop acceptance criteria based on HMW statements and problem statements.
- The backlog is being aligned with research findings, usability testing insights, and MVP3 scope refinements.
- Sprint Planning & Execution:
- Ensured that all teams have clear objectives and timeline alignment for Sprint 2.
- Continued cross-team coordination with Strategy, Research, and Design to prevent redundant work and establish clear ownership of tasks.
- Micro-Demo & Sprint Demo Preparation:
- Organized the micro-demo for internal team alignment on backlog refinement, usability issues, and design considerations.
- Preparing materials for next week’s Sprint Demo with the client, including backlog updates, feature prioritization, and testing roadmap insights.
- Usability Testing Planning:
- Coordinated with the Research team to ensure test protocols, participant recruitment, and success metrics align with the backlog and user stories.
- Identified key usability pain points from MVP1/MVP2 and incorporated findings into the acceptance criteria.
- Gantt Chart & Project Timeline Updates:
- Continued structuring the interactive Gantt chart, mapping out Sprint 0, Sprint 1, and Sprint 2 deliverables.
- Ensured that backlog refinement tasks and cross-team dependencies were reflected accurately in the roadmap.

Finalized Initial Acceptance Criteria Structure
- PMs structured backlog refinement sessions, breaking down user stories based on MVP3 strategy epics (Prompt Interface, Fact-Checking, Content Creator Companion).
- Heuristic evaluation findings and usability issues are being mapped to backlog items for validation in upcoming tests.
Cross-Functional RACI Chart Drafted
- Established clear ownership and accountability across PM, Strategy, Research, and UXD to prevent overlapping work.
- Ensured that backlog refinement responsibilities are clearly distributed.
