Hello and welcome! We’re excited to have you here for our Sprint 2 Demo, where we’ll showcase the progress we’ve made and how it’s shaping the future of this project. Over the past sprint, we’ve been refining our approach based on research insights, usability testing, and strategic planning.
Today, we’ll take you through key milestones; highlight how our findings are informing the MVP’s direction and share updates on user testing, backlog refinement, and information architecture. Most importantly, we’ll outline what’s next and gather your valuable feedback to ensure we’re aligned for the road ahead.
We’re looking forward to this conversation and can’t wait to show you what we’ve accomplished. Let’s dive in!
Here’s what we’ll cover:
(Opening - Setting the Stage) - don’t recite the titles
"Before we dive into our Sprint 2 Demo, let’s take a moment to reflect on the work that got us here. Sprint 1 was all about laying the foundation—understanding our users, refining our backlog, and aligning our teams to ensure we’re building something truly impactful."
(Research & Testing - The Foundation of Our Work)
"Our Research team and UX teams conducted deep usability testing on MVP1 and MVP2. They gathered critical insights on AI trust, content creation workflows, and fact-checking concerns. They mapped out user behaviors through personas and journey maps and identified key usability gaps through heuristic evaluations and affinity mapping. This research became the cornerstone of how we shape our backlog moving forward."
(Backlog Refinement & Prioritization - Structuring Our Work)
"With these insights in hand, our Strategy team focused on backlog refinement. They developed structured problem statements, hypotheses, and 'How Might We' frameworks to ensure our backlog was aligned with real user pain points. From there, we categorized all requirements into three strategic epics: Prompt Interface, Fact-Checking, and the Content Creator Companion.
