This week the PM team focused on refining the roadmap, aligning MVP3 scope with team priorities, and updating project requirements based on research, design, and strategy discussions. We conducted a detailed roadmap analysis, clarified dependencies for sprint 2, and ensured backlog readiness. PMs also facilitated sprint 1 metrics tracking and worked to finalize documentation for seamless sprint execution.

Roadmap Analysis: Completed third analysis of the preliminary roadmap to ensure MVP3 alignment with free-user scope.
MVP Scope Refinement: Finalized key focus areas for the next phase, including Prompt Interface (PI), Fact-Checking, and AI Moderation.
Updated Requirements: Reviewed and incorporated additional functional & technical requirements to improve clarity and execution strategy.
Sprint 1 Metrics: Defined key metrics to measure usability, engagement, AI accuracy, and backlog progress.
Backlog Review & Readiness: Ensured backlog updates are on track for Sprint 2 kickoff on Monday.
Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitated alignment meetings with UXD, Research, and Strategy teams to confirm dependencies.
