Project Management Weekly Update:

The Project Management (PM) and Strategy teams conducted a thorough review of the Product Requirements Document (PRD) provided by the client. The document's functional and technical requirements closely align with the VeriSci PRD and SMART goals, ensuring clear, measurable objectives.

Key takeaways from the PRD review:

• The platform’s existing capabilities—such as trend analysis, multilingual support, and source validation—align well with client goals.
• Areas needing further development include humor/sarcasm detection and content calendars, though they are feasible within the existing system framework.

Additionally, the first client workshop was successfully conducted, where discussions centered on MVP refinement, design direction, and research progress. The Strategy team refined the MVP scope which will be utilized by the PM team to finalize the project charter.
