It is helpful to have Morgan on calls to push our thinking in the right direction. Even with Agile coaches, excellent project templates, and self-organization, Morgan personally provides critical guidance in every workshop and call he’s part of.

• action item2: If it’s not feasible to have more frequent office hours/QnA meetings with the client(Morgan), rely on async means of asking and answering outstanding questions (this was the approach taken for OUAT project Phase 2 — compile a list of questions every week on a Google doc and the client responds to every question they can)
