Each team should take responsibility for showcasing their contributions in a way that aligns with business, user, and technical objectives. A walk-through should commence with all presenters and PM 24 hours before to identify blockers or issues. Any questions let us know. We are open to any adjustments to agenda if necessary. PM team is facilitating this demo session only.

Sprint 1 Demo Format
- Introduction by PM (5 min)
- Welcome stakeholders.
- Set expectations: "This is our first sprint demo. Teams will showcase early progress, insights, and lessons learned."
- Present the agenda: Who is speaking and what will be covered.
- Strategy Presenter: Amir and Alexi
- Research Presenter: Phillip
- Design Presenter: Yelena and Yiyoungli
- Emphasize feedback: “We value your input to refine our direction.”
- Team Contributions (Each Group: 10 mins max) (30min)
Each presenter will be gently reminded by a PM to wrap up if close to time limit. Adjust acccordingly as you are speaking.
- Strategy: Present how the sprint work aligns with business objectives. Any early market insights or strategic adjustments.
- Research: Share user research findings, personas, or data insights that informed the sprint.
- Design: Show wireframes, prototypes, or early UI concepts. Explain rationale behind choices and user experience goals.
- Next Steps (5 min)
- Present key action items for the next sprint.
- Feedback / Q&A from client (20 min)
- Open the floor for questions and feedback.
Tips for Success
- Keep presentations visual and interactive rather than text-heavy.
- Focus on storytelling: “Here’s the problem, our approach, and what we learned.”
- Encourage engagement: Ask stakeholders for input on key decisions.
- Timebox discussions to keep the demo efficient.
