For week 1, the agenda was of the week was focused on conducting user research to better understand the potential users of the product. Competitive analysis was also carried out by the team to better understand the options that our potential users already have access to.

For the research team, the emphasis of the team was focused on competitive analysis.
The strategy team carried out user research to get answers in three key areas;
What was the experience of individuals who were dyslexic like?
What was it like for parents of children who were dyslexic and what did they do to help their child overcome those challenges?
How did teachers and instructors of dyslexic students carry out instruction and teaching to help their students who were dyslexic?
