    • Let the team know when you’re unavailable/establish working hours
      • Try to keep your Slack status updated
    • Post daily team updates with to-do’s/action items in your team’s Slack channel
  • Team Notion Pages
    • All files, links, recordings, notes, etc. should be posted in Notion (in addition to Slack) and updated weekly - by leads and/or delegated to apprentices
    • Remember that your Notion page is both for your team’s use, and for others outside your team to access your work
  • Co-create working agreements with your individual teams
