- All files, links, recordings, notes, etc. should be posted in Notion (in addition to Slack) and updated weekly - by leads and/or delegated to apprentices
- Remember that your Notion page is both for your team’s use, and for others outside your team to access your work
- Co-create working agreements with your individual teams
