- Establish if team working agreements will be team-based or universal.
- Discuss how to create a team charter.

- Define Stand-Up Meeting Format:
- Get a meeting with the Product Strategy Team to discuss sprint format and team working agreement.
- Discuss and decide the format for daily stand-ups (e.g., structured updates, informal check-ins).
- Align on stand-up timing to ensure inclusivity for team members across different schedules.
- Create Notion Project Space:
- Obtain access to Tech Fleet’s dedicated project workspace.
- Obtain access to Tech Fleet’s email and master list.
- Create a dedicated Notion space for Science 2 People.
- Templates are pre-built for use and added into the team working agreement.
- Links will be added for easy access.
- Review and Approve Team Working Agreement:
- Finalize any additions to the team working agreement if its universal.
- Add team roles and responsibilities and any additional project documentation details.
- Obtain buy-in and commitment from all team members.
- Have everyone review and sign the charter to demonstrate their agreement and accountability.
- Plan Communication with Team:
- Set meeting with teams to discuss team working agreements and set team meeting schedules.
- Work with teams on communication plan, team charters, and team working agreements.
- Establish if team working agreeements will be team-specific or universal.
- Utilize the centralized Notion space effectively:
- Ensure all team members have access and can contribute to the documentation.
- Regularly update the project plans, deliverables, and action items in the Notion space.
- Use the templates and Kanban boards to streamline project management.
- Leverage the RACI chart and assigned roles:
- Clearly define responsibilities and accountabilities for the product strategy team and apprentices.
- Ensure everyone understands their roles and contributes accordingly.
- Create a RACI chart for Product Strategy team.
- Regularly review the RACI chart and make adjustments as needed.
