• Backlog prioritization aligned with testing roadmap and Sprint 2 objectives.

✅ 2. Backlog Refinement & RACI Chart

• PMs met with Strategy to finalize backlog priorities and user stories.
• RACI chart was created to clarify PM vs. Strategy responsibilities in backlog management.

• Testing roadmap structured into key phases.
• Heuristic evaluation validated and integrated into backlog priorities.
