- Evaluate and Improve Collaboration Strategies:
- Review the templates created in Notion and ensure alignment with project needs.
- Solicit feedback on how team members are adapting to using Notion for collaboration.
- Finalize dedicated Notion space for Science 2 People. Templates are available already.
- Holiday Onboarding Preparation:
- Ensure comprehensive onboarding materials are available and easily accessible for hires starting during the holiday period.
- Assign onboarding buddies and clarify their responsibilities.
- Set Clear Milestones for Post-Hiring Phase:
- Outline immediate next steps once hiring is finalized (e.g., sprint planning, detailed project roadmap).
