1. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Plan

• Spencer Fong presented a stakeholder engagement strategy using the Mandela Matrix to categorize stakeholders by power and interest levels.
• Focus was placed on finalizing the communication plan, with LXCAS as a new stakeholder.
• Gelon Brumfield clarified that engagement plans must be tailored to actual stakeholders rather than generic templates.
