2. Project Charter, Scope Documentation & Task Delegation

• Rachel shared insights from meetings with product strategy and product management teams, stressing the importance of clear task definitions in the project charter.
• Product strategy team is refining scope documentation to avoid task duplication across teams.
• Kanban board implementation was reviewed to ensure proper task tracking and delegation.

3. UI Audit & Comparative Analysis Planning

• Science 2 People Project introduced a UI audit template to improve MVP2’s UI elements, accessibility, and overall usability.
