Tool Familiarity

1. Familiarize with Figma Project Space ("Science 2 People, Product Kickoff")
   • Responsible: Apprentices (Egonna and Spencer).
   • Goal: Review the Figma space and prepare questions about the client product or project setup for the next session.
2. Set Up Free Accounts on Notion and Figma for All Team Members
   • Responsible: Apprentices with guidance from Lead PMs.
   • Goal: Ensure accounts are created and access is granted to all necessary project spaces.
3. Resolve Access Issues for Tools (e.g., Gmail, Discord, Zoom, Notion, Figma)

• Responsible: Apprentices (Agonna and Spencer) to communicate blockers; Lead PMs to assist with escalation.
• Goal: Ensure all tools are accessible, functional, and ready for use by all team members.
