What do you anticipate to be a challenge in creating this digital platform?

• Clarity of Process: Make it clear, and easy for folks to go through the process/understand how to submit an evaluation and direct contact.

• Easily navigate the evaluation form - (where there doesn’t have to be too much handholding)

  • Having How-tos: ie: FAQs; video explaining steps (Ruminate will probably have to put together a video or how it works page); a few articles with step-by-step.

• Ease of UI use

• Streamline info/keep in the loop.

  • communicating updates + progress

  • Shipping status (Has it been shipped?)

  • Evaluation status (eg is it evaluated yet?)

Make sure that there is a clear, easy process timeline so people are well informed about the process.

Is there a Style Guide?

• Not really but ruminate will like to be included in the design process.
• Ruminate has a moldboard for designers they like.
• For the walkthrough of the app, they have Asana design as a reference.

Have competitors to compare with?

Nothing really similar in terms of the format. Competitors; they found were through annual competitions- Goodfood, Phase Yes, (not designed by producers/unhelpful/not iterative/too sparse and inflexible), service that exists but not visual comparison.

Will ruminate admins dashboard/visuals be needed?

• would be nice - not essential

Can producers receive single evaluation reports?

• No, prefer to collate and give data all at once
