  1. Talk about how to annotate files:
    1. Still deciding on a kit to use (think we said i.):
      1. Annotation Kit 3.0
      2. Figma UI kit and design system
    2. Heidi - I think you said you would work on annotations (correct me if im wrong)
  2. Forms:
    1. Tried voting for a button placement - all votes were different haha
    2. Decided to have @Komal Rao @Burcu Payidarol @Caroline Magee decide on… (COMPLETED 11/7 afternoon)
      1. placement of buttons (next, previous, and save draft) since votes were all different
      2. scrolling actions on forms page (answer = whole page is scrollable & top nav. is sticky at the top)
      3. final placement of progress bar, box width.
    3. Team decided that for forms …
      1. Example of the forms instruction page, actual form page, and completed form page are finished by (and additional fixes) Burcu, Komal, and Caroline(PROCESS - additional fixes)
      2. Then they will be passed to Sally for typo
      3. Then Nancy for spacing
      4. Final annotation - Heidi & Sally (OR all together as a team?!!??!)
  3. Spacing:
    1. Nancy presented the short phrases describing the spacing
    2. Decided as a team to do spacers (as of now, possibly something else) and will make the landing page as an example for the rest of the sprints
    3. Nancy had a question as to how to conquer the spacing for the slanted sections on the homepage when measuring to a paragraph below for example, John responded with a video in their channel.
    4. Finalize spacing for the homepage

🏓Tabling:

  1. All Form sections - made ALL form sections consistent (5 sections) for phase 4 so we can prioritize other tasks that means progress bar will also only be made for 5 sections for this phase.

  2. Forms layout (3 example pages) EOD Thursday 11/09/2023 (everyone basically)
  3. Finalize annotations for landing page (Sally, Nancy, and Heidi)
