Problem Statement

The barriers to entry for new users to onboard into the world of crypto and blockchain are very high, causing many people to avoid it entirely. One of Kadet Wallet’s stated goals is to appeal to new crypto users and make it just as easy for them to use the application as experienced users. However, we don’t yet know what problems new users in particular experience nor what their specific needs are when trying to onboard into crypto.

• Learn how to share control with Zoom (and do they need to have Zoom accounts to do so)
• When do we intervene if we see something is going terribly wrong? (AKA - Do we stop them from sending money into the void or let them lose the money - assuming that’s even possible within the constraints of the test)?
• How long should we advertise the test for?
