The goal of the Taíno World project is to create an immersive experience solution that will host future Taíno conferences and will represent a virtual hub of knowledge, providing access to educational content, resources, and media relating to the Taíno language, culture, and community. The theme will revolve around "connections," focusing on linking Taino islands, indigenous communities, and the past with the present.
The 2025 virtual conference addresses the historical lack of accurate information on Taino culture, aiming to create an engaging platform to promote heritage and connect Taíno descendants as well as individuals and educators globally. There’s an opportunity to build a virtual hub of knowledge that will combine the key elements of the client’s mission, including education, inclusivity, free access to information, and global outreach.
