Goal: Ensure the landing page messaging and tone resonate with the community and reflect the organization’s strength and legacy.

- Understand Community Sentiment (optional due to limited time)
- Quick outreach (surveys, 1:1 calls, or social listening) to gather 5-10 key community perspectives.
- Questions around:
- What this organization means to them?
- What would they want to hear right now that reassures them that OUAT is still standing strong?
- What kind of “coming soon” messages would feel most exciting and comforting to them?
- Audit Comparable Community-Centered Landing Pages
- Look at 3-5 other community centers, arts programs, or legacy orgs’ landing pages for tone, structure, and calls-to-action.
- Notes:
- How do they convey resilience and “coming soon” without overwhelming detail?
- How do they balance honoring the past while building excitement for the future?
- Since we are still arts focused, use past research to inform our decisions as well!
- Rapid Testing on Messaging
- Draft a few headline/tagline/message options in collaboration with UX Writing.
- Get quick feedback from some community members or internal stakeholders(our team).
