What branding information are you able to provide? (besides the 4 principles)

Social media piece is not fully developed and prior branding was done by an intern, so there isn’t official branding information at this time-tone components might create a lightness and feed into supporting the new branding-Explore a tagline

What do you see as essential to include in the Community Rules?

What are the first questions you might ask when talking to a potential TST collaborator? (I know this is more of a research question but I sometimes find it helpful to learn the client’s perspective as well.)

Meeting notes

Simple mission statement (example storymoneyimpact.com)-something we want is: creating and collaborating to…( missed the rest, but this gives us an idea to work from)

We want to include “uplift”, “inquiry” “ecosystem” and other words that set the tone

-Need to clarify what we are calling the people who use this site (Sara recommended “creators”)

Giving feedback (chat, conversation threads, salon):

-Sara wants feedback that reflects on the experience of seeing a piece of work

-Feedback might look like the SEW method: Sensations (the physical feeling that arises when looking at a piece of work), emotions (what did the audience feel emotionally when they experienced the work) and Want (what action might someone be compelled to take after looking at this?)

-Prompts should guide the user to respond in a thoughtful way (i.e. “what comes up for you?”, “if this moved you, in what ways?”)—Ideally this would spark someone wanting to take action or make change in some way

Language:

-nothing prescriptive or too directive (don’t tell the user what to do)

-Avoid “should” “can’t” “don’t”

-refer to the “4 R’s” (Regenerative, restorative, reciprocal, revolutionary)
