Ambassador Role Assignment 🌍

Assigned ambassador roles to each UXR team member, ensuring clear points of contact for different stakeholders and teams.

Joined cross-team meetings and observed the planning process for Sprint 1, aligning on approaches and strategies for success.
Review of Past Deliverables 📚

Went through previous deliverables from Phases 0-2, ensuring a solid understanding of the UXR team's past work and current project context.
Journey Mapping Session 🗺️

Created a journey map outlining the "to-be" experiences for schools, educators, and students, highlighting pain points, opportunities, and ideal outcomes.
Strategy Team Alignment 📈

Made plans to confirm our journey map and next steps with the strategy team, ensuring everything is in line with their goals.
Stakeholder Outreach Plan 📧

Drafted emails and an outreach plan for the stakeholders at Dyslexia Foundation Nigeria to introduce the project and set up necessary communication channels.
