The world is changing fast, and there are a lot of things that are uncertain. What can we do about it? We can do our parts! Tech Fleet is proud to announce its first Shipathon (Design, Research, Coding) where teams build a truly mission-driven product in 3 weeks and launch it. These products will solve the biggest problems we face in the world, whatever the teams decide they should be. Teams will work for 3 weeks to research, design, code, and launch a product from the ground up and make it really launched.
At the end of the Shipathon, the community will vote on the best ideas. And! Your application will become a real open-source app that gets launched in the world, and Tech Fleet will provide assistance and resources to help your team do that. You can show off a real app that serves a real purpose and build a real portfolio. Winning teams will get support to make this application real, as well as prizes.

The time commitment for teammates during onboarding is roughly 3 hours.
The time commitment for teammates is roughly 10 to 15 hours per week for 3 weeks during the teamwork.
